"(xiii) A child who receives targeted assistance services at a school with a title I targeted assistance program pursuant to title I, part A, subpart 1, section 1115 of the elementary and secondary education act of 1965 (P.L. 89-10; 79 Stat. 27), as amended by the every student succeeds act (P.L 114-95; 129 Stat. 1802), or its successor legislation, or a child who is eligible to attend a kindergarten program at and would receive targeted assistance services at the school.
(xiv) A child who resides within the attendance boundary of a school that qualifies for schoolwide title I program funding for low-income students pursuant to title I, part A, subpart 1, section 1114 of the elementary and secondary education act of 1965 (P.L. 89-10; 79 Stat. 27), as amended by the every student succeeds act (P.L 114-95; 129 Stat. 1802), or its successor legislation, and who attends the school or is eligible to attend a kindergarten program at the school."
Amend title to conform
